By using TrustBible you agree to use it respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for content you submit to community features.

What TrustBible is

TrustBible is a Bible reading and reflection app. You can read the King James Version and the Chinese Union Version, ask questions about Scripture and receive AI-written reflections that quote the verses they rely on, pray with written prayers, keep a journal, and share prayer requests and testimonies with other users. TrustBible is an independent software product operated by Jeff Song in Chongqing, China; it is not a church, charity or religious organization and does not collect donations. Spiritual guidance

TrustBible offers Scripture-based reflection, not divine authority, professional counseling, medical advice, or emergency care. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are not open yet, so nothing can be bought today. The Premium terms below apply once paid plans open.

The free plan has a base allowance of 10 questions a day, subject to shared-network and service limits. It also includes the full Bible text, short prayers and topics. Premium adds unlimited reflections and deeper study, a 7-day plan with exact verses, prayers and actions, audio prayers and full journal history. Premium costs $19 a month (Monthly) or $149 a year (Yearly), in US dollars, and starts with a 7-day free trial. A plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period and charges the same payment method until you cancel. Some features may be offered as one-time purchases; one-time purchases do not renew.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page, with no email needed. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged. After you cancel a paid period, Premium stays active until that period ends and nothing more is charged.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are sold and billed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the receipt and appears on your card statement. Unless a purchase is expressly marked otherwise, you may request a refund within seven days of a charge by emailing support@trustbible.org, or with Contact Merchant in the Waffo billing portal (Manage billing on the billing page); approved refunds are issued through Waffo to the original payment method; refunds end future billing and paid access.

Acceptable use and content rules

Do not use TrustBible, including its AI reflections and community features, to create or share sexual content or content that sexualizes minors; violence, terrorism or threats; hate speech or harassment; content that promotes self-harm; scams, fraud or other illegal activity; or material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy. AI reflections can be wrong: check them against Scripture and do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.

Reporting and moderation

Every prayer request and testimony has a Report button (spam, abuse, scam, unsafe miracle claim, crisis or other). Reported posts are reviewed, and posts that break these rules are hidden or removed. You can also report content, a reflection or an account to support@trustbible.org. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service or community.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective version is the version published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
