Micah 1

The word of the LORD comes to Micah of Moresheth in the days of Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, concerning Samaria and Jerusalem. The LORD comes down and the mountains melt under him, because of the sins of Israel and Judah. Samaria will become a heap of ruins. Micah mourns, going barefoot and stripped, because the wound has reached the gate of Jerusalem, and he names the towns of Judah one by one in a lament full of wordplay.
